IP Address Confirmation

After the device is connected to the network, developers can obtain the device IP address in several ways

Get the IP Address via the Debug Serial Port

For details on using the debug serial port, see Serial Debug Usage

After logging in to the device through the debug serial port, run:

# Get the IP address
ip addr show

Find the inet field of the corresponding network interface (for example, eth0) in the output; that is the device IP address.

Get the IP Address via the Ubuntu Desktop

Once you can access the Ubuntu system desktop, run the following command in Terminal to query the IP address

# Get the IP address
ip addr show
