Viewing Hardware Information

View CPU information:

bash
cat /proc/cpuinfo

View the kernel version:

bash
uname -a

View the system version:

bash
cat /etc/os-release
cat /etc/version

/etc/version returns the device firmware version number, which can be read from a computer with adb shell cat /etc/version.

View the temperature sensors:

bash
cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone*/temp

The returned value is in millidegrees Celsius, for example 51000 means 51 ℃.
