Hardware FAQ
Device Fails to Power On
- Check whether the device is powered properly. The mainboard supports 10~24V wide voltage input; a 12V/3A power adapter is recommended.
HDMI Monitor Has No Output
- Confirm that the mainboard has booted normally and check whether the power indicator is solid green. If the indicator does not light up properly, first troubleshoot the device power supply.
- Connect the monitor to another working mainboard to verify whether the monitor itself works.
- Test with an HDMI monitor of another brand to rule out blank-screen issues caused by EDID or resolution compatibility problems.
Board Cannot Be Recognized
If the device cannot be recognized after connecting the USB cable, try replacing it with an intact USB data cable. Some cables support charging only and do not transmit data.
