FAQ and Troubleshooting
Q1: The system automatically reboots after running high-load workloads. What should be checked first?
- Temperature: High load raises the temperature, which may trigger the hardware over-temperature protection. Check the
dmesg/thermallogs and confirm that the heatsink, fan, and other cooling components are working properly. - Power supply: Peak power consumption under full load may cause voltage droop. Measure the supply waveform under full load, and try a higher-wattage power supply for cross-validation.
- Check memory, firmware, and hardware faults: If neither temperature nor power supply shows an anomaly, further check memory stability (memtester), whether the firmware version is compatible, and whether the hardware has physical damage or poor contact.
