Display Usage
When developers want to connect a display via the HDMI interface, they can follow the steps below to access the Ubuntu system.
Hardware Preparation
- Main board: Rhino Pi A1R
- Power supply: DC12V power adapter
- Input device: HDMI cable, USB mouse/keyboard
- Output device: HDMI display
Starting the Board
The board comes with the Ubuntu 24.04 operating system pre-installed. After connecting the 12V power adapter, press the power button (SW2) to boot.
- Boot process: POWER LED stays solid red, and the fan starts spinning
- System boot complete: STATUS LED stays solid green, indicating that boot is complete
Connecting the Device to the Display
- Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI_OUT port of the Rhino Pi A1R to the display.
- Connect the mouse and keyboard to the USB ports.
- Move the mouse and you can see the Ubuntu system login screen.
