Hardware FAQ

Device Fails to Power On

  • Check whether the device is powered properly. The mainboard supports 10~24V wide voltage input; it is recommended to use a 12V/3A power adapter.

No Output on HDMI Display

  • Confirm that the mainboard boots normally and check whether the power indicator is solid green; if the indicator is not lit, first troubleshoot the device power supply.
  • Connect this display to another working mainboard to verify whether the display itself works properly.
  • Test with an HDMI display of another brand to rule out no-signal issues caused by EDID or resolution compatibility problems.

Board Not Recognized

If the device is not recognized after connecting the USB cable, try replacing it with a good USB data cable. Some cables only support charging and do not transmit data.
