FTP Integration
Function path: SVE navigation bar → Result Integration → FTP
Overview
The smart camera uploads AI detection result images to a specified directory on an FTP server for archiving and review by MES / host computers / testers.
Integration Requirements
| Item | Requirement |

| FTP Server | Accessible by the camera (same network segment), FTP service enabled, with a writable storage directory provided |
| IP Address | FTP server IP (camera-reachable) |
| Port | FTP service port (default 21, per actual server) |
| Username / Password | FTP login account granted by the server, with upload permission |
| Root Path | Directory on the FTP server for storing result images |
Basic Configuration on SVE
- Navigate to Result Integration → FTP;
- Turn on the FTP Integration switch;
- Fill in connection parameters:

- Click Save.
Basic Verification
Page Testing (Test Upload)
After configuration, click Test Upload and observe the "Debug Request" area on the right: an upload success response indicates the link is normal.
Real Task Verification
- In Task Management → AI Apps, trigger "Run Preview" for the application to complete one inference cycle;
- Check the configured root path directory on the FTP server — the camera's reported result image files appear → Integration successful.
Common Issues
| Symptom | Troubleshooting |

| Upload failed | Check if FTP service is running; port/IP/username/password are correct; account has write permission |
| No files in directory | Confirm FTP Integration switch is on and saved; inference has been triggered; root path is a writable directory |
| Slow upload/timeout | Check network and server bandwidth |
